Background
One of our lovely clients, The Bootiful Pubs Collective, referred the iconic Devonshire, Soho to us. The founding Director had already received various quotes from EPOS and card machine companies & had chosen their EPOS provider based on another business interest already using them. He had even received a quote from Dojo directly but didn’t feel that this represented the business forecast and potential profile of what the business has become today.

The Solution
A mixture of handheld Dojo Pockets for table service and 1:1 Dojo Go's for fast and efficient PAC (pay at counter) in the main tourist bar
We advised and worked with their IT consultant to ensure their comms solution and access points reached all customer touch points
We provided a full installation service for the new card machines and assisted with the EPOS integration
We provided training for the staff both on the card terminals as well as back office training on how to use the dashboard effectively including taking remote payments via payment links
Later in the journey we also delivered an ECOM solution for taking online payments
The Results

Next generation card terminals transacting 58% faster than industry average over a complex internal layout with full EPOS integration - at least 35% cheaper than other quotes they had received.
